Clyde E. Flickinger

Clyde E. Flickinger, 81, 0f Lebanon, passed away Thursday October 9, 2025, at 5:59 AM at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.

He was the loving husband of Kang Cha “Connie” (Park) Flickinger with whom they would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on February 28th, 2026.

Born In Gettysburg, he was a son of the late Walter E. and Mary C. (Smith) Flickinger.

Mr. Flickinger was an accountant working for the County of Lebanon for 16 years. He was a 1961 graduate of Hanover High School.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd in North Cornwall Twp., Lebanon, where he served as Treasurer for 16 years until 2023 and where he was a Team Leader.

He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his wife Connie, he is survived by his son Michael. He was preceded in death by 17 brothers and sisters.

Services will be held Thursday October 23rd at 11:00am at the United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd, 1500 Quentin Rd, Lebanon, Rev. Janet L. Saddler officiating. Friends and relatives may call Thursday from 10:00am until 10:45am at the church. Interment with military honors will follow at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery beginning promptly at 2:00PM.
