Evelyn Montalvo Centeno, a beloved mother and devoted spouse, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the age of 62. Born in August of 1963, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Pelegrin Montalvo and Ramona Centeno. Evelyn was a resident of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, where she touched the lives of many through her warm spirit and unwavering strength. Throughout her life, Evelyn dedicated herself to her family.

She is survived by her cherished children, Alexander Collazo, Jocelyn Collazo, Evelyn Collazo, Mayra Collazo, Zoraida Montalvo, Ricardo Ortiz, Isaac Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, Miguel Ortiz, Jonathan Ortiz and her loving spouse, Isaac Ortiz-Rivera and many grandchildren. The family will remember Evelyn for her nurturing soul, her resilience, and the fun-loving nature that drew people to her.
