Janet L. Berger

Janet L. Berger, 87, of Myerstown, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at Stone Ridge Poplar Run, Myerstown. She was the wife of the late Richard Berger who passed away August 16, 2014. Janet was born in Reading on April 23, 1936, daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Wagner Epler.
Janet was retired from McDonald's in Bradenton, FL. She was a member of the Elks in Palmetto, FL, Janet enjoyed ballroom dancing, taught dancing, enjoyed shopping and going out to eat.
Janet will be missed by her loving granddaughters, Nicole, wife of Matthew Pavlick of Lancaster, Laura wife of Zachary Swarr of Lititz and their families.
Janet's funeral services were held Thursday, September 14, 2023 from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., Lebanon with Rev. Dana Logan, Chaplain of Stone Ridge-Poplar Run officiating. Burial was made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon.
