Ronald Darrel "Ron" Lockard

 Ronald Darrell "Ron" Lockard, 80, of Lebanon, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Linden Village. Born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late James Lewis and Laura Kinter Lockard. Ron was the loving husband of Nena Russey Lockard, and they would have celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary this August. He proudly graduated from Purchase Line High School, Commodore, Pa. Following high school, he worked in the mailing department for Kiplinger's Washington Editors and the Mail Bag, Baltimore, Maryland. Ron was known to be a true renaissance man. Building and crafting was where he creativeness would come to life. Neighbors would come from far and wide to borrow his tools and learn how to use them. He enjoyed spending time fishing, antique cars, a good bargain and generally being outdoors. He could be found listening to older country music and could always find a way to converse with others. He was a true people person that could make a connection with anyone.

 Surviving in addition to his wife, Nena, are two daughters, Sara Kelly wife of Patrick, Caitlin Lockard wife of Philip Ebersole Jr., three grandsons, and a brother, Thomas Lockard, as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in passing are five siblings.

 At Ron's request there will be no services.
