Thomas W. Famiglietti, 73, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Tom was born in The Bronx, NY on September 19, 1945, son of the late Thomas R. and Nelda Moran Famiglietti.
He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a steamfitter being a 50 year member 0f Steamfitters Union Local 638, NYC. Tom was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, Lebanon; member of Sons of American Revolution; Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Seven Shays Camp #7, Lebanon and the American Post 559, Annville. Tom enjoyed going to casinos, traveling and was a history buff, especially the Civil War era.
He is survived by his children Thomas Famiglietti of Staten Island, NY, Kristina, wife of Michael Marisi of Lebanon, Donna, wife of Edward “Chuck” Herting of Medford, NY, Anthony, husband of Karen Famiglietti of Mooresville, NC 9who was a two time Olympian in Track and Field), Lisa Famiglietti of Lebanon; 7 grandchildren and his sister Nelda, wife of James Soucy of Medford, NY.
A memorial Service will be held at a later date to be announced after the pandemic. Interment will be made in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. At Tom’s requests no flowers, memorial contribution in his memory may be made to His church; Christ Presbyterian Church, 1300 W. Maple St. Lebanon, PA 17046.
