William W. Winner

William W. Winner Jr., 91, of Palmyra and formerly of Elizabethtown, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Kadima Nursing and Rehabilitation at Palmyra. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late William W. Sr. and Helen Kloss Winner. William was the loving husband of the late Laura E. Hoover Winner. He proudly graduated from Greenville High School before beginning his career in the trucking industry, first at McClean Company. He and Laura later moved to Manheim in Lancaster County in the early 1980’s and worked for Kreider Farms, Manheim. They spent the next 40 years in the Gretna Spring Community. William enjoyed watching sports, rooting for his favorite teams the Cleavland Browns, and Philadelphia Phillies. Bowling was another love of William’s as well as pulling alongside the road with his wife Laura to get a glimpse of a good softball game. He loved to listen to county music and found the time to slow down in life when traveling to the shore.

Surviving are three sons, Ricky Winner and his significant other, Karen Enck, Randy Winner, Rodney husband of Tammy Winner, six grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse and David Winner.

At William’s request, there will be no services.
